The General Selling Conditions of Rectavit apply on all sales offers, sales and deliveries of goods and services of Rectavit, also in case these are offered via internet or e-mail.
In particular:

Rectavit offers the possibility of ordering goods and services via internet without any liability.
The prices mentioned are without liability and without VAT.
All orders are collected without liability.
A sales contract comes about as soon as the buyer has placed an order with Rectavit and Rectavit has accepted this order.
Rectavit mentions the delivery term or date of goods and services on the order confirmation only as approximate.
